PENDULUM PLANET PROJECT - B.Y.J.O
The B.Y.J.O. Organisation is constitutionally committed to furthering the talents of young people through musical education. It was considered essential that it should also have a continously complementary strand to that musical ethos, one of undeniable significance to each of its members, past and present. To raise awareness of the plight of the world's environment, "The Pendulum Planet Project" has been established.

We are seeking donations and sponsorship for the Performance and Recording of the work, Requiem and Awakening. Click here for full details of the motivve and nature of the work which is dedicated to the future of our planet and young people everywhere.

Considerations of financial support, funding and contributions for this Project would be most welcome and sincerely appreciated. It is necessary for our Organisation to raise sufficient funds to make the recording possible. All proceeds of the sales of this Recording, which have an anticipated potential of giving a very high return, are to be given in support of The Prince's Charities, Rainforest Project. This exceptionally creative composition will be an excellent way to engage, through Sound, wider attention and awareness to the very severe problems the environment is facing and a positive and specific contribution to the campaign to save the Rainforest.

We, the B.Y.J.O. Organisation, our Committee and all our members feel sure it will be agreed that it is a very necessary cause and generosity towards and in support of this Project will be of particular significance in heightening an awareness of our world's present environmental problems which need to be addressed urgently to give all young people a future.

PENDULUM commissions the cream of British Jazz musicians to compose, perform and record their new works with the Orchestra. The result … a true collection of various styles and moods across the board.

The programme of each performance by Pendulum is a variable mix of moods and styles with the guest artists/composers performing. All Music performed is by living composers - creative music at the cutting edge.

Each Concert is a Festival of Jazz.
